6. Comments, submissions and news tips
Comments you post on VoxSphere GH are public, so do not include personal details you do not want others to see.

To have a comment you posted removed, email us from the address you used when commenting.
7. Sharing, storage and security
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with:
- service providers who help us run the Site (hosting, analytics, advertising, spam protection), and only for those purposes;
- authorities, courts or regulators when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our readers or the public;
- a buyer or successor if VoxSphere GH is merged, sold or restructured, under the same protections set out here.

Transfers outside Ghana

8. Your rights and how to contact us
Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal information about you and request a copy of it;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete;
- ask us to delete information we no longer need or have no lawful reason to keep;
- object to our processing of your information, including for marketing;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
- complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana if you believe we have mishandled your information (dataprotection.org.gh).
To use any of these rights, email voxsphereghnews@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond as soon as possible within the time the law allows.
Children
VoxSphere GH is a general news website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Readers under 18 should have a parent’s or guardian’s permission before posting comments or sending us information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
